Browse and purchase products responsibly. Printer-related supplies, drivers, parts, and foils are available only to verified printer owners with registered serial-number accounts.
2. Orders and Payments (Standard Online Purchases)
Online store orders must be paid in full at checkout via credit card or ACH. Payments are securely processed by third parties.
3. Net 30 Payment Terms (Approved Customers Only)
Net 30 terms are available only to established customers approved at our discretion who have previously purchased a printer via credit card or ACH.
– Payment due within 30 days of invoice.
– Late payments may incur finance charges of up to 1.5% per month (optional clause).
– Overdue accounts may have ordering privileges and access suspended until payment is made.
– We reserve the right to revoke Net 30 status at any time.
4. No Returns Policy
All sales are final; no returns accepted. Samples can be sent before printer purchase to check compatibility.
5. Shipping
Shipping times vary; risk passes to customer when goods leave our facility. Tracking provided when available.
6. Account Responsibilities
Account holders must keep login info confidential. Misuse may result in suspension.
7. Product Availability
We may modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
8. Warranty
Warranty applies as stated at purchase. Misuse or unauthorized repairs void warranty.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
